Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Construction Project Manager (OSHPD/HCAI) Location: Pleasanton, CA (Highly Preferred) Job Description: Qualifications: - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare projects. - Extensive knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI regulations and experience managing projects under these guidelines. - Strong background in General Contracting, with a deep understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices. - Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in project management software and tools. - Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - PMP certification is a plus.
