Job Summary
Organize, manage, and plan complex civil engineering projects. Lead the project delivery team to achieve goals by managing resources, identifying risks, and facilitating solutions from pre-construction to close-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and delegate tasks to the project team.
- Develop project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare budgets.
- Perform risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between company, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Understanding of project accounting and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in special foundations/geotechnical foundations.
- Experience managing at least one major project over $20M.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable certifications are highly desirable.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
