Description

Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning through completion
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects stay on track and within scope
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and safety compliance
  • Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing challenges
  • Review and approve project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture

Profile

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:

  • 7+ years of experience building public / commercial projects
  • Proven ability to manage $20M+ projects from inception to completion
  • Strong general contracting background with tenure at reputable firms
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration across teams
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver, ensuring high-quality project outcomes

Job Offer
