Description


  • Leading the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and efficient workflow.
  • Preparing and managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation, while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Overseeing site progress, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving any issues or delays that arise during construction.
  • Managing change orders, procurement, and reporting to ensure transparency and client satisfaction throughout the project.

Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in managing commercial projects, particularly banks and office spaces. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading multiple stakeholders while effectively managing timelines, budgets, and on-site operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands. A proven track record in construction project management, proficiency in project management software, and knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations are key.
