Client Details

Our client is one of the largest, most reputable General Contractors in Kansas City. They are a multi-generation company that still remains family owned to this day. They specialize in large healthcare, education, multi-family, senior living, corporate offices, and light industrial work doing around $400M per year give or take. Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join the team and become an instant leader.



Description

  • Work closely with clients through the duration of projects.
  • Ensure you understand the scope and vision of all construction projects.
  • Oversee beginning of each turn-key project, including details such as permit submission and design evaluations.
  • Hold meetings with on-site architects, construction crew and clients.
  • Negotiate with all vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit estimates to clients.
  • Review project proposal, drawings and plans to determine all project details.

Profile

  • 8+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
  • Experience running larger scale projects.
  • Having a wide variety of construction project type experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Construction software experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
