Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details

As a Hospitality Construction Manager / Construction PM on our team, we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable, but not required.
  • LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accreditation is a plus.
  • Proven experience in construction estimating and bidding on large projects.
