Job DetailsAs a Hospitality Construction Manager / Construction PM on our team, we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable, but not required.
- LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accreditation is a plus.
- Proven experience in construction estimating and bidding on large projects.
