Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Manage high-end residential projects from preconstruction to completion.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality, maintaining the company's standard of excellence.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure clear communication across all project phases.
Profile
The Successful Project Manager:
- 3+ years of experience in high-end residential construction (remodels or custom homes).
- Background as either an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Must be commutable to the office in Falmouth, MA.
