SUMMARY
Eagle Eye, LLC., a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual with DoD - primarily USACE- contract experience. The candidate will be performing all facets of the Bering Straits Alaska based model to include Project Manangent, quality control oversight, submittal tracking, daily reporting, compliance with contract specifications, budget development and management, communicating with the customer, and other various tasks as assigned. This position is primarily in support of current contracts a various USACE and USGC projects at Base Kodiak, JBER, Eielson AFB, and Ft Greely, Alaska, although other project work locations are possible throughout Alaska. The individual will oversee and coordinate the planning, implementation, and supervision of the project management plan on DoD construction and infrastructure related projects
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan, Specifications, and Contracts by subcontractors and trades
- Establish and maintain site quality control programs in compliance with client and corporate requirements
- Develop and manage schedules and budgets
- Review and approve submittals
- Review daily and monthly reports
- Conduct coordination meetings with subcontractors and clients
- Track and document inspections
- Assist the Site Supervisor and Site Safety Officer to establish a culture of safety on project sites.
- Comply with all OSHA and EM-385 requirements
- Communicate with customer, subcontractors, and project management to provide project updates
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications (applies to both this section and KSAO's)
- Ten years' experience as a PM/Superintendent/quality control manager on DoD projects
- Ability to read drawings / prints and specifications
- Experience with design/build projects
- Experience in multi-trade construction projects
- Experience on projects exceeding $500,000
- Experience working with the Corps of Engineers (USACE)
- Must be US Citizen
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Current favorable National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI), in accordance with AR 380-67
- Valid Driver's License
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

• Current HAZWOPER (40 CFR 1910.120)
- Current USACE Construction Quality Management Certificate
- Construction Quality Control Management on task order projects in Alaska
• 4 year engineering or architectural degree
• Site Supervisor Training
• First Aid/CPR (current)

DOT COVERED/SAFETY-SENSITIVE ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation "safety-sensitive" functions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Job is performed on construction sites and in construction site office trailers with occasional exposure to computers, noise, and heavy equipment. Some computer work will be required. The work described herein is primarily in a modern construction setting. Occasional travel may be required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for management of assigned superintendents, foreman, quality control managers and craft labor.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
