Construction Project Engineer

Salary Range: $65K - $75K Permanent Position with Benefits Busy Cleveland, Ohio area Construction Firm seeks an experienced Construction Project Engineer who is capable of providing Engineering / Technical Support to ensure that the project meets or exceeds all construction project requirements. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor in Construction Management and/or Civil / Structural Engineering Degree (Preferred) and a minimum of (3) years of hands-on Civil / Structural and or Construction Project Engineering design and management experience. Candidate should be familiar with one or more of the following Project Management and Design Software Programs: (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore) Candidate must be familiar with construction standards, construction methods, and building materials. Candidate must have experience reviewing construction documents, read blueprints, review proposals and bid packages, provide engineering support to project teams, assist in planning and coordination, maintain technical documentation and assist in enduring safe working conditions. Candidate will work closely with and supply engineering support to project managers, construction superintendents and subcontracts to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Candidate should have strong math skills. Local Travel to the job site is required. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
