Project Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the timely and efficient completion of restoration projects, by overseeing all phases of the job cycle. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget and monitor overall progress. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a background in construction management.

Job Responsibilities
Manage job schedules and progress from start to completion with a strong focus on quality and timeliness.
Communicate effectively with property owners, subcontractors, and other parties throughout each stage of the project.
Manage subcontractors and technicians on the job site for quality control, efficiency, and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Prioritize and troubleshoot any issues arising during projects.
Available for emergency service calls on an on-call rotation.
Manage costs to stay on budget.
Select and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress notes.
Provide regular reports to management on project status, financials, and potential risks.
Preferred, generate detailed estimates using industry-standard tools, with a preference for Xactimate (Xactanalysis) and/or Claims Mobile (Symbility) software.

Qualifications
Proven construction/restoration project management experience.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Bluebeam or ProCore
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in time management to meet project deadlines
Knowledge of construction management software is a plus
Experience with construction estimating is a plus

We offer competitive compensation packages based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position located in Medina and Canton.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
