Job Summary: The Construction Manager oversees and directs construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
- Select and manage materials and equipment.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise.
- Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
