What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on active construction projects across assigned territories or regions.
  • Lead and support field crews with a hands-on, leadership-first approach-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to align goals and drive successful project execution.
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and make decisions that move the business forward.
  • Enforce safety and quality standards across all sites; you're the heartbeat of job site excellence.
  • Develop operational strategies that scale as we grow-and help shape what "best-in-class" looks like at every level.

  • Who You Are:

    • A proven leader with 3+ years of experience managing construction operations or project teams.
    • Skilled at juggling multiple projects and crews without missing a beat.
    • Passionate about systems, leadership, and continuous improvement.
    • Comfortable using construction software and Microsoft Office tools to analyze performance and manage field data.
    • Adaptable, energetic, and ready to thrive in a high-growth, high-opportunity company.
    • Open to relocation-we are looking for the right high-performing leaders to be part of our growing organization, and a relocation package may be offered to candidates outside of our hiring areas.
