Construo Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Construction Manager (MEP). This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality residential apartment developments, ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems within complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the MEP aspects of residential apartment projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and MEP subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead site teams, ensuring health & safety protocols are met.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager with MEP expertise.
- Strong background in residential apartment developments.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate MEP installations effectively.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred.
