Exciting Construction Manager opportunity in Central London for a specialist super prime residential joinery contractor.
About the role of Construction Manager:
Working on super prime high residential fit out projects valued 400k - 4 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, joinery and fit out.
Responsibilities for Construction Manager:
- Acting as No.1 on site working on projects from pre-con to hand over
- Deliver projects on time, on budget and within client expectations
- Day to day Client interaction
- Ensuring programme is met
Requirements for Construction Manager:
- Experience working on commercial and residential fit out projects
- Strong joinery experience
- Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued up to 4 million
- CAT A, CAT B and joinery experience
