Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000, depending on experience, location
Luna Grill is on a mission to redefine fast casual dining with real food and real people. We're expanding across the West and we're seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to lead the build-out of our stores while working closely with our in-house teams. This role is perfect for a field-focused construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience in restaurant or retail settings.
- Prior experience working directly for a restaurant/QSR brand (not through external agencies or GC)
- Possesses a truly field-oriented, "boots-on-the-ground" leadership style
- Can juggle multiple projects at different stages
- Comfortable with 50% travel, including job sites across Southern California, Arizona, and Texas
- Knows how to navigate kitchen equipment installstenant improvements, and all the complexities of restaurant build-outs
- Communicates clearly with internal teams and external partners
- Has experience traveling and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred, or a combination of education/experience required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managenewrestaurantbuilds and existing location remodels from start to finish
- Supervisesite progress and visitjobsitesregularly to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with internal Real Estate, Design, and Ops teams to ensure seamless execution
- Provide early constructioninsights during site selection and due diligence
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and trades while managing budgets and schedules
- Track owner/in-house changeorders and communicate impacts before implementation
- Lead material/equipment procurement and GC/vendor onboarding
- Document and maintain RFIs, submittals, warranties, and project closeouts
You'll be collaborating across departments, managing budgets and schedules, visiting job sites, and making sure our new locations open on time and on point.
Bonus points if you:
- Are an expert with Microsoft Office Suites and Blue Beam
- Knows their way around AutoCAD
