The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
- Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors
- Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies
- Reporting and tracking status reports
Construction Management
- Manages, monitors, and drives the construction process for new club builds, relocations and remodels ensuring on-time completion within set budget and timeframe including a smooth transition to the operations team.
- Ensures strict adherence standards for all new builds, expansions, relocations, and remodels.
- Directs contractors & subcontractors and coordinates all phases of construction.
- Conducts regular site visits to ensure that workmanship conforms to brand specifications and projects adhere to construction schedules.
- Provides weekly project status reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture
