LHH Recruitment in partnership with a prominent firm in Ft. Lauderdale is seeking Construction Litigation Attorney. This role is hybrid with one day remote. This is a contract/contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation with a focus on construction cases dealing with contractors/subcontractors. Construction defect experience is not what they are looking for in this role.


Responsibilities


Draft motions, pleadings, discovery and other relevant legal documents

Defend depositions

Attend hearings and arbitrations

Interact with clients

Any other duties required of the role


Experience:

3+ years of commercial litigation experience with a focus on construction litigation

Great research and contact drafting skills

Ability to draft motions, pleadings and discovery

Strong client facing skills

JD and licensed to practice in FL



Pay Details: $50.00 to $120.00 per hour
