Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Construction Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Representing clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, delay claims, and lien disputes.
2. Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
3. Conducting thorough legal research to support the development of case strategies.
4. Negotiating settlements or agreements on behalf of our clients.
5. Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential liabilities related to construction projects.
6. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
7. Keeping abreast of changes in construction law and related legal practices.

Job Details

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction litigation.
3. A valid license to practice law in the respective state.
4. Proven experience in legal writing, negotiation, and understanding legal liabilities.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
9. A detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to high-quality work.
10. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest ethical standards.
