Construction Field Engineer

Summary" International Resources is seeking a Construction Field Engineer to join our construction team. A Field Engineer will cover a wide range of tasks, from project coordination to field support. This position is in Hawaii. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Provides project coordination and communication by reviewing design, bidding documents, and effectively communicating with the entire project team.
Participates actively in pre-construction meetings, create comprehensive checklists to ensure quality standards are met during construction.
Performs on-site troubleshooting events and incidents during production.
Responsible for on-site installation and seamless integration of work.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Effective communication and provide clear, accurate, and unambiguous updates to the project team. Administrative duties: Promptly processes purchase orders and submittals based on information from the Project Manager or Superintendent.
Promptly prepares and processes RFIs as needed.
Accurately records meeting minutes for tracking decisions and action items.
Reports and communicates to the Project Management Team
Perform other duties as needed or assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: US Citizen and reside in United States
Minimum 3 years of experience in federal government construction industry
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong verbal and written skills
Possess quick problem-solving skills.
Keen attention to detail
Team player - always maintain professionalism and clarity.
Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Work Environment: Office computers and equipment, mobile phone, radios, Microsoft Office suite of tools, Web Based Applications, electronic spreadsheets, and reporting, data sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and other forms of work-sharing tools.
Must be able to walk on a construction site. Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer. Ability up to lift 25lbs on occasion, stretching, climbing stairs, and walking. Hui Huliau and its subsidiaries are participants of E-Verify.
