Description
- Lead estimates on substantial commercial projects, developing accurate and competitive bids that make a difference.
- Balance a diverse portfolio of public and private projects (50/50 split), bringing in new business alongside an experienced estimating team.
- Play a pivotal role in the growth of our project base, utilizing your expertise to win impactful projects across Massachusetts.

Profile
The Construction Estimator will possess:
- 8+ years of commercial estimating experience within a General Contractor environment, with projects over $10M.
- Confidence and skill in managing complete project estimates independently.
- Strong familiarity with estimating software (Procore and Proest are a plus, though we're flexible.).
- Excitement to join a collaborative, culture-driven office and work closely with senior leadership.
Job Offer
The Construction Estimator will receive:
- Competitive base salary of $140K
