Description
- Project Estimation: Provide accurate estimates for various commercial projects, including libraries, schools, and multifamily residences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Preconstruction and report to the President and CEO, ensuring clear communication throughout the estimating process.
- Business Development: Engage in efforts to secure new business and expand the firm's portfolio in the public and private sectors.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize estimating software effectively (open to various technologies) and support the use of Procore for project management.
Profile
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of estimating experience in commercial projects, ideally including education and public sector work.
- Cultural Fit: A strong alignment with the firm's collaborative culture, prioritizing teamwork and communication.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in various estimating technologies; experience with Proest and Procore is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential issues early and adapt to changing project demands effectively.
