Our attorneys practice in the area of Complex Commercial Litigation, including Construction Law, Design Professional Defense, and Healthcare Litigation. Prior litigation experience required.

Requirements:

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
  • 5+ years-experience in the area of commercial litigation (construction litigation preferred)
  • Self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to work cases from beginning to close, and manage resources on cases
  • Experience in taking depositions and preparing witnesses for deposition
  • Experience in drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, including discovery motions
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements.
