Description


  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project operations

  • Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and clients

  • Handle submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and document control

  • Help manage schedules, materials, and labor tracking

  • Utilize project management platforms (Procore or PlanGrid preferred)

  • Support site teams with logistics and coordination




Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in construction project management

  • Experience in commercial interiors or corporate office rennovations

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • A proactive attitude and desire to grow within a reputable firm

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred

  • Polished, professional, and client-facing demeanor
