Job Title: Bilingual Construction Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Construction Administrator to support our construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate project documentation, communicate with contractors and clients, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to facilitate clear communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project schedules, permits, and documentation
- Serve as a liaison between project managers, contractors, and clients
- Translate project materials and communications as needed
- Maintain accurate records of budgets, change orders, and inspections
- Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and meeting notes
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in construction or project administration preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
