Construction Administrator
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
• In depth knowledge of Retail Construction involving Real Estate, Design, Construction, Lease Administration, Maintenance and all documentation and filing system.
• Manage and organize domestic and international project tracking and costing reports.
• Confirm all Budgets vs Actuals monthly to ensure all costs are logged and update against expenses and Purchase Orders.
• Perform cost comparisons and analysis for construction projects as requested.
• Knowledge of Company Owned Purchase Orders process for new construction, remodel and expansion, temp store and small projects falling under Construction.
• Organize Company Owned International Invoices for payment to be signed.
• Knowledge of organizing documents needed as requested by the Project Manager for a Business Tax Receipt, Business License, Certificate of Use, Certificate of Occupancy, Notice of Commencement, Notice of Completion, knowledge of recording documents for counties, and track signing, notarizing and forwarding to appropriate parties.
• Follow through on Tenant Allowance Collections including tracking down all documents from Project Managers, General Contractors and Subcontractors within 30 days of store opening date.
• Knowledge of utility set up for new store locations, expansions, relocations and temp locations through consolidation service, Schneider Electric. Includes follow through with PMs for utility forms, providing documents required for local entities. Communicate with PMs for each project and ensure accounts show in Schneider Electric's system within 30 days of set up.
• Coordinate International fixture shipments with Vendors, Freight Forwarders, Country Offices to ensure all documents are in place and correct, schedule timing with Project Manager, Vendor/Freight Forwarder/receiving Country Manager/Construction Site.
• Special projects upon request. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Other duties may be assigned as they relate to a general support of Skechers Construction, Real Estate, Design and Operational needs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and assignments.
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written.
• Excellent Excel skills.

• Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined.

EXPERIENCE AND OR EDUCATION:
• 2-year associate degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail Construction experience.
• A minimum of 2 years purchasing and shipping experience.
• Proficient in general computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop experience is a plus.
$100k-$120k-Annually
