We are seeking a Field Administrator with extensive experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) within the construction industry. This role involves overseeing and coordinating a variety of administrative tasks related to MEP systems on construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and communication between different teams.
- Site Management: Ensure that MEP installations comply with project specifications and standards.
- Documentation: Manage project files, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of MEP work and ensure it meets the required standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all MEP activities adhere to safety regulations.
Essential Skills
- 10+ years of experience in construction and MEP-related fields.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with submittals and Requests for Information (RFI).
- Experience conducting site visits.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $52.88/hr.
