PrideStaff is currently seeking a TEMPORARY
Construction Administrative Assistant to work for our client in the Lockport, Illinois. This position is a TEMPORARY opportunity. This position will be Part-Time ( 5 days a week) for the 4-5 hours daily between the hours of 8:00am 4:30pm
The starting hourly salary for this position is $18.00+/DOE
Principal Accountabilities: - Facilitate the distribution, collection, and input of payroll time sheet information
- Accounts Payable
- Filing
- Knowledge of AIA Forms, Waivers, and Final Waivers
- Answer Phones
- Data Entry
- Assist supervision with establishing weekly safety meeting agendas, attendance sheets, and all other supporting documentation.
- Assist with administering the Job Hazard Analysis Program.
- Coordinate Equipment Inspection and Daily Safety Inspection Reports.
Required experience: - High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a driven, self-starting individual that can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in drafting reports, emails, letters, and other official documents
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00
