One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Construction Administrative Coordinator in Reno, NV. This position supports the project department and the construction team with regards to managing IRA apprenticeship requirements, wage determinations, payroll recordkeeping and general office support and other tasks as needed. This role involves staying up to date with the latest regulations, implementing necessary changes, and providing guidance to various departments to ensure compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ year of administrative experience within the construction industry
Experience managing invoicing, payroll, taxes and tax abatement
Strong understanding of IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) apprenticeship requirements and wage determination processes.
Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Invoicing and PO (purchase order) experience
Experience coordinating with vendors Hands on IRA experience
