We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to support the central Iowa office building. This individual will serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors, answering and processing phone calls. They will perform clerical tasks, provide support to various departments, including pre-construction, while maintaining an organized workspace. They will ensure the availability of office supplies, monitor potential concerns and maintain security. A successful individual will actively demonstrate leadership through commitment, engagement, and integrity.

This is a part-time position (up to 29 hours per week), M-F at the Des Moines office.

Skills & Qualifications include:
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with three to five years related experience and/or training as an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during standard office hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility as needed.
