We are working with a client in the construction industry located in the Olney, MD area who is seeking a Construction Accounting Assistant.
This role would pay based on experience, but could range between $30 - $33/hour.

Job duties:
- Handle all invoicing, accounts receivables, accounts payables
- Updating internal and external change orders
- Managing COI's
- Answering the phone, serving as the primary contact for incoming office calls
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Overseeing new hire paperwork completion
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years in an administrative role
- At least 2 years of experience providing Accounting support, ideally in a construction or similar industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to start ASAP.
