Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or a related field
Experience: A proven record of work as a system administrator

Skills: Proficiency in computers, analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail
Soft skills: The ability to work effectively with team members, employees, and customers
