Job Summary:
KBR is seeking to hire a configuration manager (CM) responsible for maintaining project configuration documentation files consisting of technical data, dependency list and Integrated Product Team (IPT) support, and other project-required documents as well as assists in documenting and tracking all aspects of hardware and/or software development and modification. Updates and maintains project document control record keeping system. Prepares transmittals and distributes data as directed. Interfaces with several IPTs for required project procedures. Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments. Develops core competencies with existing procedures by solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate will update and maintain project document control record keeping system, including Data Management Plan, Government Configuration Management Plan, and input to other documents
- Integrates digital concepts in all products
- Develop Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) packages across different projects and branches
- Analyzes CDRL tools available, and draft waivers if needed
- Analyze data rights priorities for data deliverables
- Prepares transmittals and distributes data as directed
- Interfaces with several IPTs for required project procedures
- Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments
- Develops core competencies with existing procedures by solving problems
- Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills
Work Environment:
- Location: Customer site with opportunities for remote work
- Travel Requirements: 10% minimal
- Working Hours: Standard 40hrs/wk
Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of industry experience
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
Desired:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Configuration Management certification
- Comptia Security+ (CE)
