Visit for more details. Responsibilities Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Develops solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope following detailed instructions. Work is supervised. Analyzes changes to the documented and modeled baselines (through MBSE tools) to determine the effect on the end product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change. Designs and establishes management documentation. Authorizes the release of documents and model based configuration changes specified by management and other functional groups. Develops and maintains configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed and externally purchased commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software products. Performs configuration management tasks to ensure new operating parameters are documented, comply with standard configurations and processes, and are sustainable. Manages weekly CM board process to ensure products are peer reviewed for quality and comply with engineering standards. Trains systems engineers on CM processes to ensure smooth change management. In additional to configuration management systems analyst duties, position will be responsible for other tasks including collecting and maintaining CM performance metrics, facilitating monthly program management reviews, collecting program performance self-assessment data, maintaining systems schedules and support to the chief systems engineer. May provide guidance to less experienced employees. Clearance Sponsorship: This position is for the purpose of gaining a clearance through a government sponsored background investigation. The candidate will fill out extensive security paperwork, providing detailed personal information used to verify suitability for a government security clearance. This process can take more than a year to complete. A start date for employment will be set under one of two conditions. Either corporate budget becomes available to cover the candidate while awaiting their clearance,
Or the clearance process completes successfully, at which point the employee will be assigned to the sponsoring program contract to begin work. Qualifications Required: Must be able to OBTAIN and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Poly.

The ability to work well within a wide range of engineers and analysts.
Desired: Well versed in standard office tools and communications.
Basic understanding of configuration management concepts.
Ability to facilitate online meetings, develop agendas, assign actions and create and publishing minutes.
