JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.

JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Under general supervision, a CM Specialist I performs work on one or more specialty areas of configuration management.

Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:

  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of engineering changes
  • Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the applications of customer and industry standards and requirements for statements of work are properly implemented
  • Assist in the design, development, and establishment of configuration documentation based on program requirements
  • Attend design reviews, audits, scheduling, budgeting, and related activities with senior CM personnel
  • Help coordinate development and implementation of computer-based configuration systems and electronic data support
  • Perform other job-related duties, as required

REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE

A bachelor's degree in business administration, a related field, or a combination of formal training and equivalent experience is required for this position.


In addition, a CM Specialist I must possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer operations, word processing, and integrated software applications, including electronic data management systems (EDMSs)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Good planning/organizational skills

The incumbent must possess a valid, state issued driver's license. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.


SALARY

The expected salary range for this position is $73,632 to $81,952 annually.

JT4, LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is primarily sedentary in an office environment. Some walking, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, stretching, and lifting (up to 25 pounds) is required for such purposes as filing and gathering supplies. Frequent use of a computer is required.

Travel to remote company work locations may be required.
