JustinBradley's client, a global payment processing company, is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to support the implementation of customized production configurations for both existing and new customers. This role plays a critical part in integrating new products into the global implementation framework and advising internal partners on implementation strategies and release planning. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in configuration projects, technical problem-solving, and compliance support.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and support configuration projects under direct supervision.
- Assist in investigating and resolving internal customer issues.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Gain experience with internal controls and compliance requirements including SOX, SOC1, and business continuity efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members when needed.
- Support release planning and coordination efforts with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in configuration or implementation support roles.
- Proven ability to assist in technical issue investigation and resolution.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks and internal audit processes is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Foundational knowledge in data analysis and ability to interpret technical data sets.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, or MS Project).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under guidance and contribute to team-based initiatives.
