As a Configuration Analyst for the DRSERP Program you will be responsible for:

• Preparing metrics and various status reports

• Reviewing change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies

• Establishing change orders and preparing change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor personnel

•Understanding of Security Classification Guidelines and ability to inform engineering on appropriate Data Markings. Review & approve markings for compliance

• Reviewing and analyzing released engineering change data and coordinating changes with Engineering, Quality, Support, Manufacturing, and engineering data control

This role is contingent upon aware estimated for June 2025.

Basic Qualifications:

• Configuration Management skills on

sophisticated systems including one or more of

the following: Engineering Release, Product

Identification, Change Control, Status

Accounting, As-Designed/As-Built,

Verification/Audit

•Familiar with Configuration Management Principles and Applications SAE EIA-649.

• PTC Windchill software or other Enterprise

Product Data Management (PDM) systems;

proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Analytical skills to follow and understand

relationships of hardware and software systems

• Good business acumen, to understand the

broad picture of government contracting and the

defense industry standards

• Ability to accommodate some travel

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Systems Engineering processes

• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing or design.

• Experience facilitating change boards and

multi-discipline reviews

• Previous experience in a defense, aerospace, military, or logistics environment.

• Experience with classified markings/data

handling/data transfers

• Knowledge of and/or experience with Data

Management: scheduling, tracking and

submitting data and working with data

repositories

• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker

with the ability to select and apply appropriate

systems thinking skills to solve problems and

implement constructive change

• Excellent written and verbal communication

skills, excellent social skills, and ability to build

consensus among peers while creating excellent

relationships with team members

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
