The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in corporate governance and Attorney General-related filings, including offering plans (both initial and amendments), no-action letters, and conversion matters. A minimum of 710 years of relevant experience is required. The attorney must have a confident presence and the ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated boards, responding to a wide range of questions in real-time when necessary. This role requires someone who can serve as the primary point of contact and independently manage board meetings for approximately 30 to 50 buildings. Required
