We are looking for a long-term team member who can serve as the firm ambassador: a nexus of our office operations from initial client contacts all the way through closing. Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial interviews for potential clients and secure consultations with attorneys
• Manage marketing and sales data/reports
• Receive clients and potential clients at the front desk, attending to their needs
• Field all phone calls with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy
• Calendar management

• Must have at least two years of customer service experience
• Marketing, sales, and/or law firm experience a strong plus
• Can type 50 WPM Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
