Concierge

The Sagamore is seeking Seasonal concierge Team Members to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are well organized, have a great eye for detail and a flare for what's fun.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of all resort offerings and hours of operations

• Be knowledgeable of package offerings and guest programs

• Make both in house and local dining reservations

• Be familiar with area hikes, recreation activities and events

• Process amenity requests

• Process guests special requests i.e. ordering flowers/balloons

• Monitor and assist with VIP arrivals

• Address guest concerns or direct to management when appropriate

• Be acquainted with and assist with RNA procedures
