The Sagamore is seeking Seasonal concierge Team Members to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are well organized, have a great eye for detail and a flare for what's fun. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Be knowledgeable of all resort offerings and hours of operations Be knowledgeable of package offerings and guest programs Make both in house and local dining reservations Be familiar with area hikes, recreation activities and events Process amenity requests Process guests special requests i.e. ordering flowers/balloons Monitor and assist with VIP arrivals Address guest concerns or direct to management when appropriate Be acquainted with and assist with RNA procedures
