Unit Description Delaware North's operations in Grand Canyon National Park offer the opportunity to experience living and working in one of the natural wonders of the world. Responsibilities- Oversee operations of the Trading Post coffee and ice cream concession
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Manage labor and profit loss
- Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
Qualifications- Experience working in food service required with minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred
- Self-motivated to work without direct supervision, embrace challenges and maintain staff relations.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication, POS and cash handling skills.
- Proven ability to implement and/or enforce procedures and rules while directing team members.
- Must maintain excellent customer service and a drive to satisfy needs in a faced paced environment.
- No college degree required
Physical Requirements- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds
