Job Description:

The Concession Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across club venues, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for fans attending soccer matches (women's, men's, youth), volleyball games, and any other special events hosted by the club. This role includes managing the day-to-day operations of concession stands, pop-up locations, and stadium bars - including managing staff, ordering inventory, implementing promotions, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of concession stand employees, bartenders, and event staff.
  • Provide training on customer service and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure staff are motivated, engaged, and consistently deliver a high level of service.
  • Order and maintain stock levels for food, beverages, and merchandise at all concession stands and pop-up locations.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure product availability and negotiate pricing where applicable.
  • Monitor inventory and conduct regular stock checks to ensure waste-reduction practices are in place.
  • Keep detailed records of inventory usage.
  • Develop and execute promotions that align with fan interests and enhance the game-day experience.
  • Identify opportunities for new product offerings or limited-time menu items based on fan feedback and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness, food storage, and alcohol service protocols.
  • Plan and execute food and beverage offerings for a variety of club events, including special soccer matches, volleyball tournaments, fan gatherings, and community outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with the event management team to ensure all concessions are properly set up and staffed for events.
  • Adjust service levels based on the expected crowd size and event durations.
  • Ensure all fans receive exceptional service, addressing complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Continuously seek feedback from fans to improve product offerings and enhance the customer experience.
