The Role We are seeking a
Computer Vision Engineer with a passion for building cutting-edge GEOINT AI systems. In this role, you will:
- Develop advanced computer vision algorithms for geospatial intelligence applications.
- Implement AI models that can process and interpret satellite imagery in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision systems into our space-based platforms.
- Contribute to the development of Odyssey's AI-defined full-stack space supercomputer, Odysseus-1.
What You'll Do - Design and implement computer vision models for satellite data analysis.
- Optimize algorithms for performance in constrained computing environments.
- Work closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of AI model development, from data collection to deployment.
Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience in computer vision and geospatial technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying AI models for real-world applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of satellite imagery and remote sensing data.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with space-based systems or satellite data processing.
- Background in robotics, drone technology, or autonomous systems.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time computing constraints.
