Support Information Technology hardware maintenance and rollout objectives as well as software initiatives

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Description of Duties
  • Support CSS Software Engineer with various ERP maintenance, inquiries, and project requests
  • Computer issue troubleshooting and resolution
  • Maintenance, repair and upgrade of computer hardware
  • Support of network infrastructure including maintaining cabling, switches, etc.
  • Response to helpdesk tickets meeting the requirements of users
  • Develop and update department procedures and support other departments as needed
  • Recommends and implements techniques to improve productivity and increase efficiencies.
Other
  • Maintains adherence to company policies, environmental and safety standards, and good housekeeping standards.
  • Interface with 3rd party IT vendors as needed.
  • May be required to assist or otherwise instruct other personnel.
  • Performs other duties as may be required.
  • Attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Off hours work may be required to support IT environment or projects
Qualifications

Education/Experience
  • Relevant undergraduate course study or demonstration of equivalent skills.
  • Team player that can work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
  • Well-organized.
  • Desires learning new skills and expanding capabilities.
