Computer Systems Architect

The company is a garment manufacturing company seeking a Computer Systems Architect to carry out the following duties: design, develop, and maintain computer systems, overseeing installation of hardware and software as needed; ensure continuous and uninterrupted operation of computer systems for financial, accounting, design, ordering, and production functions, AMFM Trend & Design studio, etc.; confer with management and users to gather information on computer systems hardware and software requirements, identify and prioritize modifications, and define/update goals; analyze and evaluate interface between systems hardware and software, develop test plans, and determine technical and operational feasibility of proposed solutions; present and recommend new technologies and modifications to computer systems to management; actively monitor new and emerging technologies, trends, issues, and solutions to remain knowledgeable of current IT developments and efficient systems, software, and hardware appropriate for business needs.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
