Computer Systems Analyst

R&K has the opportunity to provide Intelligence Support Services to USSTRATCOM J2 and is seeking a full-time highly qualified Computer Systems Analyst for an on-site position at Offutt AFB, NE.
Title: Computer Systems Analyst
Location: Offutt AFB, NE
Duration: Permanent/Full-Time
Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance Required
Start Date: Projected 15 June 2025; Contingent Upon Contract Award
Duties: The successful candidate shall perform the following duties:
- Design and maintain automation tools and applications to improve data management efficiency
- Create data visualizations, perform in-depth analysis, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions
- Analyze and integrate business processes within Combatant Command (CCMD) and DoD intelligence frameworks
- Support the development, acquisition, and integration of intelligence-related technologies and capabilities
- Deploy and manage containerized solutions (e.g., OpenShift) across cloud and on-premises environments
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, define, and implement data-driven requirements
- Adhere to security protocols and data governance policies to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Document workflows, procedures, and best practices for data automation and management
Requirements: The candidate shall meet the following qualifications: - Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education in data automation, data visualization, and application development.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education in CCMD and DoD Intelligence, and communication business process analysis and integration.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education in CCMD and DoD processes for development, integration, and acquisition of intelligence and related technical capabilities.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education developing and supporting efforts that require automation or application development.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education using a container solution (i.e. OpenShift) in both Cloud and on-premises architecture.
Education and Certifications:- A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university
- Current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or current DoD 8140 certification
