Assist in the implementing and maintaining of a robust help desk ticketing system that incorporates prioritization, rapid response times, and visibility of status for the end user. Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 IT support. Assist with the design, implementation, procurement, and maintenance of IT systems required to meet mission objectives. Maintain a robust library of computer system images for functions commonly used across the squadron, allowing rapid builds of new systems, as requirements dictate. The images shall be maintained at the lowest classification level that the software tools employed on the images allow. Perform software license management providing full accountability of all software and associated licenses, and ensuring the squadron is properly equipped to support existing requirements and can rapidly adapt to support changing requirements, as needed. Ensure that versions/service packs for all software are kept up to date. Provide computer systems administration services to include network administration in accordance with DoD regulations and coordinate as necessary with external Information Assurance offices. Provide administration services for multiple operating systems to include Windows and Linux variants. Maintain weekly data backups for all GXF maintained connected and stand-alone systems to ensure no data loss in case of system failure or corruption. Interface regularly with NASIC/SC to address issues and ensure compliance with all pertinent regulations related to IT. Provide support as it applies to hardware and software IT support. This includes submission and tracking of Computer System Requirements Documents (CSRDs) with NASIC/SC, as well as interfacing with NASIC's processes and requirements for hardware and software installation and management. Qualifications 5-15 years of experience supporting classified workstations up to the TS/SCI Level Security+ required TS/SCI Clearance require Essential Requirements: US Citizenship is required.
