We're seeking a CNC Programmer to join a high-performance manufacturing team focused on innovation, precision, and collaboration.
In this role, you'll develop programs for mills and lathes (up to 5-axis) and partner with machinists, engineers, and production leaders to bring complex components to life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, process improvement, and working with advanced machining technologies.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop CNC programs for multi-axis mills and lathes
- Translate design data into effective machining strategies
- Design custom tools, fixtures, and set-up sheets
- Support high-volume production planning and optimization
- Work closely with machinists and engineers to validate and release programs to production
- Select and source tooling for job-specific materials and features
- Lead process improvement efforts to reduce cycle time, increase efficiency, and improve quality
- Maintain configuration control of programs and job records
- Support a safe and collaborative shop environment
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience
- Solid understanding of machining principles, GD&T, and setup processes
- Experience with Mazak machines and programming tools
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of metal alloys and their applications
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
- Comfortable working on the shop floor and translating digital models into real-world parts
