Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist / Programmer located on-site in Winneconne, WI. The CNC Machinist / Programmer will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machinery. Daily tasks include setting up and running machinery, ensuring precision and accuracy of machined parts, performing regular quality control checks, and troubleshooting any issues with machines. The role involves working closely with the engineering team to meet production goals and customer specifications.

- Proficiency in Milling and handling Machinery
- Experience in Quality Control
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with CNC programming is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a technical degree in a related field are preferred
