Job Title: Computer Network Architect

Serve as a technical expert and lead engineer for all NAVCENT/C5F/MOC/CMF systems, including SIPRNET, NIPRNET, SCI LANs, CENTRIXS, BICES, JWICS, DCGS-N, FMV, GCCS-J Family of Systems (FoS), GCCS-M, and others.

Responsibilities

1. Act as technical expert and lead engineer for all NAVCENT/C5F/MOC/CMF systems.
2. Support Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, Solaris, and network security technologies and architecture.
3. Oversee the design and implementation of NAVCENT core technologies.
4. Oversee NAVCENT C4I systems cybersecurity posture and system architectures.
5. Participate outside of normal work hours for meetings, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

Qualifications

1. BS in Information Technology or equivalent technical degree, or 7+ years of related technical experience.
2. Certification as IAT-III (per DoD Inst 8750.1 and Navy guidance).
3. Certifications such as CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH with IA and CE.
4. 7+ years experience with Navy or DoD Networks (SIPRNET, NIPRNET, SCI).
5. 7+ years experience with C4I Systems like CENTRIXS, BICES, JWICS, DCGS-N, FMV, GCCS-J FoS, GCCS-M, and others.
6. TS/SCI security clearance.
7. Strong technical expertise in NAVCENT/C5F/MOC/CMF systems and cybersecurity.
8. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to train and collaborate with senior officials.
